Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the product vision, managing the backlog, and collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision in alignment with business needs and regulatory developments.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, write user stories, and track development progress.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UX/UI and business teams to ensure functional consistency.
• Organize and facilitate product governance circles, including workshops, reviews, demonstrations, and user testing.
• Identify necessary changes, propose continuous improvements, and guarantee product quality.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Ownership within complex digital programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory impacts on business processes and ability to translate them into functional requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with BPM and process optimization.
• Experience in urban planning or public-sector digital initiatives.
• Knowledge of driver’s license digitization programs.
