You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop\ninnovative solutions to effectively communicate and engage our audience.\nWhat you will do\nWill assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials and will take on the full responsibility of training material &updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organization strategy and objectives.\nCreating engaging learning activities and compelling course content\nStay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.\nPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.\nAssist in the production of video content and animations as needed.\nDevelop training program based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience\nWhat you will need\nProven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred).\nProficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, VYOND, Canva, Articulate storyline 360)\nStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.\nExcellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.\nExperience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).\nKnowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile.\nBasic HTML and Flash programming knowledge\nProficiencies in MS Office Suite\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen\nAbility to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video
