You do not need to be fully fluent, but should be comfortable communicating in English as part of the role.\nA strong dedication to code quality, documentation, and automated testing.\nInitiative to find their own work and act on it.\nWilling to wear many hats and get involved in any software system in the company.\nEither be conversational Japanese, or a desire to do so (we will help).\nBe located in, or be willing to relocate to Japan (we will re-locate).
