The SDR will work in close partnership with a dedicated Account Executive, supporting pipeline growth by generating qualified leads and meetings through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts. Candidate must have experience in outbound calling. This is a remote role.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate Strategically: Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand\ntarget markets, key accounts, and industry segments, aligning on outreach and engagement\nstrategies.\nGenerate and Qualify Leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified\nLeads (SQLs) by reaching out through phone calls, emails, and other personalized\ncommunications.\nOutbound Prospecting (80%): Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas,\nidentifying opportunities for Meevo to streamline workflows and increase revenue.\nInbound Lead Conversion (20%): Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into\nscheduled discovery calls or product demos.\nPerformance and Metrics: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per\nweek, and achieve individual targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.\nIndustry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to\neffectively position Meevo as the industry’s most powerful growth platform.\nContinuous Learning: Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and\nprofessional development opportunities to refine your sales skills and industry knowledge.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred\n2 + years of B2B or inside sales experience\nExperience or familiarity within the wellness/Salon space is a strong plus.\nSales & Communication Skills: Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at\nuncovering pain points and presenting solutions.\nCRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools for tracking and\nmanaging outreach a plus.\nMotivated & Organized: Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to\nthrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.\nResults-Oriented: A self-motivated hunter who thrives on uncovering new opportunities, driving\npipeline through persistence, curiosity, and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.\nGrowth Mindset: A proactive learner committed to continuous improvement, professional\ngrowth, and team success.\nCandidates must reside in the U.S. Millennium Systems International participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.\nWe Offer:\nPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays\nEnjoy a generous 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) that begins accruing with every pay period from your very first day!
