The main goal of this role is to improve the quality of user traffic analysis, identify issues in user experience and conversion funnels, determine the reasons for user drop-off, and detect suspicious activity.\n\nYour key responsibilities:\n\nAnalyzing user session recordings in PostHog and Microsoft Clarity.\n\nStudying user behavior during registration, deposit stages, and interaction with the website.\n\nAnalyzing partner traffic by geography (GEO), Affiliate ID, and other behavioral metrics.\n\nChecking for suspicious registrations, multi-accounting, and other potential signs of fraud.\n\nPreparing reports and spreadsheets, as well as presenting results to the team.\n\nMonitoring results after implementing changes.\n\nWhat we expect from the candidate (Hard & Soft Skills):\n\nGrade: Junior+ / Middle. We are also open to considering a Junior candidate with strong analytical skills and potential for growth.
