You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and business stakeholders, and stay involved through every stage of software development. Its platform is made up of distributed services and microservices that exchange data through REST APIs, web services and event-driven integrations. The client wants a stronger analysis and design team so these systems stay scalable, secure and easy to maintain as they grow. Teams work in an Agile way, and analysts, architects, developers and product owners work closely together. All solutions must follow the company's architecture principles and best practices. The System Analyst will play a key role in shaping how new features and integrations are designed and delivered.\n\nYou have:\n\n5+ years of practical experience as a System Analyst, Solution Architect or in a similar role, clearly shown in your CV\n\nStrong experience analyzing and designing backend systems in Java-based environments\n\nA solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture and system integration patterns\n\nExperience with REST APIs, web services and event-driven architectures\n\nStrong knowledge of data modeling and relational databases\n\nExperience creating UML diagrams, workflow models, sequence diagrams and technical documentation\n\nAbility to lead analysis on your own, from gathering requirements to solution design\n\nA mature, practical approach to working in Agile teams\n\nExcellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills\n\nVery strong written and spoken English\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with Java, Spring Boot or other Java ecosystem technologies\n\nFamiliarity with Azure\n\nExperience with messaging and integration technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar\n\nKnowledge of DevOps practices\n\nExperience in large enterprise environments\n\nWhat to do:\n\nAnalyze business requirements and turn them into clear functional and technical specifications\n\nDesign scalable, secure and fast backend systems and application architectures\n\nLead system analysis through every stage of software development\n\nWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and business stakeholders\n\nCreate and maintain system documentation, process flows, data models, interface specifications and architecture designs\n\nDefine and document APIs, integration patterns and how data moves between systems\n\nSupport developers while they build and clarify requirements when needed\n\nFind ways to improve system design, performance, maintainability and day-to-day efficiency\n\nTake part in solution reviews, technical discussions and architecture decisions\n\nMake sure proposed solutions follow the company's architecture principles and best
