Working within the DIOPS team and reporting to the DIOPS Regional Manager, the role executes the full delivery workflow, from order intake to customer handoff, ensuring each server is configured correctly, tested, and delivered within the timeframe agreed at the point of sale.\nThis is an execution-focused technical role. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and process-driven: comfortable working with server hardware and data center environments, disciplined about following runbooks and keeping delivery records accurate, and proactive in flagging anything that puts a delivery window at risk.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nServer Provisioning & Delivery\nProvision and deliver servers to customers within the delivery timeframes agreed at the point of sale;\n\nExecute the full provisioning workflow: hardware configuration and validation, firmware updates, RAID setup, OS installation (Linux and Windows Server), network configuration, and IPMI/BMC access setup;\n\nRun pre-delivery checks and validation to ensure every server is handed off to the customer fully functional and to standard;\n\nCoordinate with data center teams and remote hands for physical tasks such as racking, cabling, and component swaps;\n\nPrioritize daily work according to agreed delivery windows and direction from the DIOPS Tech Lead.\n\nDelivery Timeframe Awareness & Escalation\nTrack the status and deadline of every order assigned to you and organize your work to meet each agreed delivery window;\n\nImmediately flag to the DIOPS Regional Manager any order at risk of missing its delivery window (hardware shortages, failed components, tooling issues, or blocked dependencies) so action can be taken before the deadline slips;\n\nEscalate complex or non-standard technical issues to the Regional Manager rather than letting a delivery stall.\n\nProcess Adherence & Continuous Improvement\nFollow the standardized delivery workflows, runbooks, and checklists defined for the team, ensuring consistency and quality across deliveries;\n\nSuggest improvements to runbooks and workflows based on hands-on experience, contributing to shorter and more predictable delivery times;\n\nParticipate in retrospectives on delivery misses and delays, providing accurate first-hand information for root-cause analysis.\n\nDocumentation & Records\nKeep delivery records accurate and up to date in real time: order status, timestamps, configurations delivered, and issues encountered;\n\nDocument non-standard steps, workarounds, and recurring issues so they can be incorporated into runbooks;\n\nMaintain accurate asset and configuration information for every server delivered.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nHands-on experience with server hardware and/or data center operations, such as:\n\nServer hardware: assembly, diagnostics, component replacement\nData center basics: rack layouts, cabling, PDU, remote hands coordination\nLinux system administration;
