Liaising with our external payroll providers and with the payroll team, this position ensures accurate, compliant, and timely wage processing for all employees. Working under the direct guidance of the Global Payroll Manager, this early career role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in finance, payroll, or human resources administration.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCollate payroll changes on a monthly and fortnightly basis (i.e. contract variations, leavers, absence, commission, etc.) and assist in providing payroll data to the external payroll providers.\nOnboarding - review new starter paperwork, update payroll systems with the relevant information, and manage emails to new joiners where required. \nAssist with reviewing final reports and month-end close activities.\nServe as a primary point of contact for routine employee payroll inquiries (e.g., paystub questions, direct deposit changes, PTO balances).\nPerform routine administrative tasks including updating payroll documentation templates and duplicating monthly trackers.\nReporting & Auditing: Perform basic payroll reconciliations and assist in generating standard monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.\nInterpret and understand awards, agreements, and individual contracts for all markets. \nPrepare and reconcile superannuation, including 401(k) plans, UK pension and retirement funds.\nAssist the team with internal and external payroll queries and address queries from the regional accountant. \nManage employee leave queries, ensuring compliance with relevant leave policies. \nAny other ad hoc activities as required. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. \nAt least two years of payroll or accounting experience in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong accuracy and attention to detail are a must. \nDriven, motivated, and highly organised. \nA commitment to providing excellence in customer service.\nWhat We Offer\nFlexible working environment \nGenerous leave plans -
