While provisioning new servers and IT infrastructure is essential, our mission is to maintain high availability, ensure rapid response times, and deliver exceptional service quality to our clients.\nWe are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong ownership of tasks, and the ability to lead and support critical operational processes across multiple data center environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the execution and coordination of operational tasks involving infrastructure services - including servers, storage, networking equipment, and platform software;\n\nPerform and oversee rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance;\n\nManage relationships and workflows with remote data center techs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures;\n\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems;\n\nConduct root cause analysis and handle complex issues related to hardware failures, RAID rebuilds, storage allocation, and disk lifecycle management;\n\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot out-of-band management platforms such as IPMI/BMC;\n\nSupport and improve internal operational documentation, workflows, and escalation procedures;\n\nMentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nAdvanced English communication skills (B2 or higher);\n\nProven experience with server hardware, including diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades;\n\nStrong understanding of data center standards, rack layouts, cabling, power distribution (PDU), and remote hands coordination;\n\nProficiency with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident handling workflows;\n\nSolid knowledge of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar), including command line operations, scripting, and performance tuning;\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows Server environments;\n\nFamiliarity with RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and troubleshooting storage systems;\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar working experience;\n\nPrior experience in a senior role within a data center operations or infrastructure support team is a strong plus.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with automation and scripting tools (Python, Bash, Ansible) applied to infrastructure operations;\n\nFamiliarity with DCIM or asset management platforms;\n\nExperience coordinating with multiple data centers or PoPs simultaneously;\n\nBackground in ISP or cloud infrastructure environments.\n\nWhat We Offer\nBest team ever.
