Will move, stock, scan, secure, and record inventory as needed. Will use hand and power tools, and powered equipment related to the storage or movement of items. Warehouse Associates at some locations will additionally perform custodial and/or detailing tasks.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nExecute daily warehouse operations, including moving, storing, staging, loading, and unloading equipment and materials.\nReceive, inspect, verify, and process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods.\nSupport inventory management activities by conducting inventory counts, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.\nOperate warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools.\nPrepare, stage, strap, and secure loads for transportation to ensure safe handling and delivery.\nProcess orders and support administrative functions related to picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.\nComplete required documentation and administrative records, including receiving logs, equipment inspection logs, and pre-task plans.\nMaintain warehouse documentation and records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, delivery notes, and other shipping/receiving documentation.\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and efficient work environment.\nAssist with facility and equipment upkeep, including cleaning vehicles and equipment, setting up materials, and building crates or shipping containers as needed.\nSupport field and rigging operations by preparing, organizing, and supplying equipment and materials required for project execution.\nPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs to ensure operational readiness.\nCollaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.\nAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing warehouse activities.\nPhotograph inbound and outbound materials and shipments as needed to support documentation and recordkeeping requirements.\nVerify material quantities and condition against accompanying shipping documentation and report discrepancies as needed.\nAssist with unloading and staging incoming materials to support warehouse operations and ensure materials are properly organized.\nMinimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)\nHigh School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious warehouse experience required, with the ability to learn and adapt to established processes, procedures, and instructions.\nAbility to safely lift, carry, push and pull materials and equipment in a warehouse environment.\nBasic understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.\nAbility to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.\nStrong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to following safety procedures.\nReliable transportation required; a valid driver's license preferred.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nThis is very physical, hands-on work. A Warehouse Associate must be able to perform General Physical Activities - activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work off the ground at varying heights and not be affected by moving machinery or parts.
