What matters most is your service mindset and attention to detail.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nStrong communication skills and a customer-first approach\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly\nMinimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred\nPast cashier experience preferred\nDetail-oriented, organized, and dependable\nProcess-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way\nPast online ordering experience a plus\nYou have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods\nWe are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization.\nThis job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked.
