This person must be friendly and provide remarkable customer service to enhance overall patient health.What You'll be Doing:\nLevel 2\nInteracting with patients at various service points of contact.\nPromoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to the customer.\nInputting customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.\nCreating prescription labels and adjudicating insurance claims.\nRetrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.\nCompleting paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.\nOrdering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.\nStocking prescription medication.\nExcellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload.\nEffective communication skills and agent of change.\nMaintaining a clean, and orderly pharmacy for a professional appearance.\nMaintaining confidentiality of patient information.\nLicensed in their respective state if required.\nSuccessful completion of Meijer Employer based training if licensure is not required in their respective state.\nWhat You Bring with You (Qualifications):\nHigh School/GED.\nRegistered and/or licensed as required in the state of practice.\nRetail/Community Practice.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nPositive Attitude.\nProficient Typing Skills.\nNeat and Eligible Penmanship.\nOrganizational Skills.\nPrioritizing Skills.\nTeamwork.\nAttendance.\nBasic Math Skills.\nWe are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization.\nThe pay range for this position is listed below.\n$18.70 - $23.90This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level.
