This role coordinates checkout flow, maintains front-end cleanliness and standards, and assigns work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations. Through active coaching, labor utilization, and customer issue resolution, the Service Coordinator drives strong customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and accountability for front-end performance.What You’ll be Doing:\nCommunicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts\nPerform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present.\nCoordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility. Proactively escalate concerns to leadership as they arise.\nChampion participation in community programs.
