Where the comforts of a hotel meet the special facilities of a hostel.\nWe run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities-and counting!\nYOUR TASKS\nYou work in collaboration with the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operations (including the Service & Bar departments)\n\nYou make sure that all internal and external standards and processes are in place and you are in contact with all F&B suppliers foran optimalcommercial relationship\n\nYouare responsible forthe control of the supply of goods, stockcontroland costs as well as monthly reports (inventories and P&L analysis)\n\nYouare responsible forthe implementation,monitoringand improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations (HACCP, safety, etc.)\n\nYou manage the F&B team, recruit together with Hotel Manager, guide and develop the diverse team of around 10 people (Supervisor,employeesand Barman)\n\nYou train, coach and mentor your team with an individual approach, aiming for everyone to perform to their full potential\n\nYou’reflexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job\n\nFinally,you’rea great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments now and then\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou have min. 2 years of F&B experience in a hotel/hostel and/or in theHoReCAsector, including experience in a management position.\n\nYou act as a role model and enjoy working shifts and together with your team.\n\nYou have experience in conducting F&B training and coaching.\n\nYou have a keen eye for details, recognize opportunities forimprovementand implement them\n\nYou are confident in dealing with numbers, cash registersystemsand cash register closings (knowledge ofAddiposorSihotis an advantage)\n\nYou are solution-oriented, show strong commitment and an entrepreneurial mindset\n\nYou are convinced of and know the advantages of working in a diverse, multicultural environment. With your open communication, you contribute to the team spirit and support your team in achieving common goals.\n\nYou are fluent in English and Spanish (min.
