\n4.供应商管理与质量把控：通过成本、品质、交期等多维度建立供应商评估体系，对优质源头供应商进行全生命周期管理; 根据商品品质、价格、到货满足率等核心指标进行商家分级管理与优胜劣汰; \n5.需求预测与库存协同：分析商品流通规律和销售趋势，预测关键事件、促销活动、节假日等期间的需求波动，与供应链团队紧密协同进行智能备货管理，确保库存满足率与周转效率的最优平衡; \n6.数字化与AI工具应用：主动探索并落地AI工具在采购全场景中的应用--包括但不限于AI辅助选品（市场趋势洞察）、智能成本预测与比价、供应商风险预警、需求预测模型等; 推动采购工作的数字化升级，用数据驱动替代经验驱动; \n7.跨部门协同与项目落地：作为品类Owner，协调研发、品控、供应链、运营等各支持部门，推进新品从0到1的落地及后续效率优化; 具备项目统筹能力，确保多线并行时仍能高质量交付。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.5年以上自有品牌/生产型买手经验，熟悉餐饮熟食/预制菜品类的行业现状且有独立操盘经验; \n2.具备产业带资源积累和对应品类的商品开发完整背景（从概念到上市）;
