KA is one of our most important business teams, and this role will work closely with BPs, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to make sure priorities are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the day-to-day execution of KA business initiatives, from initial request through completion.\nSet up and manage delivery fee plans, contract changes, brand transfers, campaigns, and other business updates.\nHandle system configurations and operational requests, making sure changes are completed correctly and on time.\nInvestigate and follow up on system or process issues, working with the right teams until they are fully resolved.\nMaintain and improve SOPs, trackers, documentation, and recurring processes to keep the team organized and execution consistent.\nWork closely with KA BPs and Account Managers to identify operational gaps, remove blockers, and keep key initiatives moving.\nSupport new projects and business requirements as the KA organization grows and evolves.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data.
