岗位职责 / Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team and take ownership of a portfolio of key local and regional chain partners. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving account growth, building long-term strategic partnerships, and identifying commercial opportunities across merchant operations, marketing, promotions, and user growth. The role requires strong commercial judgment, senior stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable growth strategies.
What You'll Do
1. Own the development and day-to-day management of a portfolio of medium-sized local and regional chain partners, driving account growth, user acquisition, and overall business scale.
2. Execute Keeta’s commercial strategy across the portfolio, taking ownership of key performance targets and identifying opportunities to accelerate sustainable growth.
3. Build deeper strategic partnerships with key accounts across brand marketing, promotional campaigns, user operations, and other commercial initiatives to strengthen both merchant performance and brand presence.
4. Develop a strong understanding of the partner’s business model, operations, and growth priorities, and provide tailored delivery solutions that support their commercial objectives.
5. Use business and operational data to identify performance gaps, improve merchant delivery operations, and continuously strengthen the partnership between merchants and Keeta.
6. Gather and synthesize first-hand market intelligence, merchant and user feedback, and local trends translating insights into practical recommendations for the wider business.
任职要求 / Requirements
What We Need From You
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
2. Experience within food delivery, e-commerce, technology, or FMCG.
3. Proven track record of managing complex or high-value accounts and delivering measurable commercial growth.
4. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and structuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data, identify key insights, and translate them into commercial actions.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal skills, with the ability to build credibility with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
7. Strong ownership and execution mindset, with the ability to independently manage priorities and drive projects from strategy through implementation.
8. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
9. Fluent Arabic & English communication skills are required.
