岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. Partner Management: Develop, onboard, and manage 3PL partners and maintain strong partner relationships.
2. Capacity Management: Drive courier recruitment and capacity development to ensure sufficient delivery supply.
3. Performance Management: Monitor key partner KPIs, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements in fulfillment efficiency and service quality.
4. Project & Problem Solving: Drive the implementation of key initiatives and coordinate internal and external resources to solve operational issues.
任职要求 / Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, or channel management. Experience with leading platforms is preferred.
2. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
4. Fluent in English as a working language. Experience in the Saudi market or proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
