from concept through launch, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology to ensure smooth, on-time campaign launches.\nAct as the single point of contact for assigned partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.\nDocumentation, Reporting & Analytics\nPrepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, business cases, and executive-level presentations.\nMonitor campaign performance, deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations.\nMaintain organized records of agreements, partner communications, and partnership activities.\nMarket Intelligence\nTrack market trends, competitor partnership activity, and emerging commercial opportunities.\nSurface insights and recommendations to leadership to inform broader partnership strategy.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.\n2 - 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent negotiation and presentation abilities.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships in parallel.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly scaling environment.\nFluent in both English and Arabic - written and spoken.\nPreferred\nPrior experience in food delivery, fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce, or loyalty program partnerships.\nFamiliarity with the Kuwaiti and broader GCC commercial landscape.\nExperience working with multinational or cross-cultural teams.\nAnalytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign performance data.\n岗位亮点 / Highlights\nSuccess in this role will be measured against the following:\nNumber of new partnerships secured against defined quarterly and annual targets.\nPartnership campaign performance -
