Project Planning & Coordination\nSupport project managers in developing comprehensive project plans (scope, resources, timeline, risks)\nCoordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure alignment across teams, departments, and key stakeholders\nFacilitate kick-off meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and retrospectives\nTrack and manage project interdependencies to minimize conflicts and ensure smooth execution\n3. Portfolio & Resource Management\nManage the project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, resource availability, and business impact\nMonitor resource utilization and provide recommendations on resource optimization and capacity planning\nIdentify and escalate resource conflicts and bottlenecks in a timely manner\n4. Risk & Issue Management\nDevelop risk management frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks\nMaintain a centralized risk and issue register, ensuring timely resolution and closure\nEscalate critical risks and issues to relevant stakeholders with recommended mitigation strategies\n5. Reporting & Communication\nDeliver regular project status reports, executive dashboards, and portfolio summaries to support leadership decision-making\nEnsure transparent and consistent communication across project teams and business units\nDocument and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions in a timely manner\nDevelop PMO communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged\n6. Process Improvement & Standardization\nContinuously iterate on PMO processes, tools, and templates to enhance delivery efficiency and quality\nCapture lessons learned from completed projects and embed best practices into management standards\nDrive adoption of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) across the organization\nBenchmark against industry practices to continuously elevate PMO operations\n7. Training & Capability Building\nDesign and deliver project management training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions\nBuild a project management community of practice to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning\nMentor junior project managers to grow team capabilities\n8. Strategic Alignment\nPartner with senior leadership to ensure the project portfolio aligns with the company's strategic goals\nSupport business case development and project prioritization decisions\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making\n任职要求 / Requirements\nBasic Requirements：\nBachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in project management or PMO operations, with hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects\nProven experience in establishing or optimizing PMO frameworks, processes, and governance structures\nFamiliarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience in a matrixed organization preferred\nMaster's degree (MBA) and PMP certification preferred\nProfessional Skills：\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet\nSolid command of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus\nSoft Skills：\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset\nProven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
