Job Description:

• Maintain client renewal and expansion under partnership.
• Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining regular communication.
• Monitor account performance and support clients with basic problem-solving.
• Assist in updating client data and preparing simple reports.
• Participate in client meetings or calls when needed.
• Collect client feedback and report to the lead.
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to accounts.
• Assist in delivering product or system updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
