Account Manager (Mekari Expense)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion for existing SMB clients using Mekari Expense.
• Drive adoption and usage of spend management features, including reimbursement workflows, corporate cards, and business expense tracking.
• Work closely with the internal team to create and execute marketing and cross-sell campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and feature training to existing clients, showcasing expense policy controls and budget management.
• Continually gather feedback on expense workflows and corporate card usage from clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap.
• Handle administrative duties e.g., renewal emails, quotations, invoices, card allocation requests, and weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Min 1 year of experience as Sales/Business Development/Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in a SaaS/Tech company.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
• Comfortable and confident presenting to finance stakeholders and corporate decision-makers (Finance Managers, Controllers, and CFOs).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to client retention.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management abilities.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Solid understanding of corporate spend management, reimbursement workflows, corporate cards, or general SaaS renewal processes.
• Continuous alignment with current corporate finance, business, and fintech trends.
• Able to thrive and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Prior exposure to accounting platforms, ERP software, or spend management solutions is preferred.
