Job Description:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the F&B and Retail segments.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through various online and offline channels, including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking events, walk-ins, and field visits.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable Mekari POS solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity updates in CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the F&B and Retail sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in:
  • POS (Point-of-Sale) software.
  • SaaS solutions.
  • Restaurant technology.
  • Retail technology.
  • ERP, Payment Gateway, Fintech, or Business Software.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, retail stores, minimarkets, fashion retailers, beauty businesses, or other merchant-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
• Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting through both online and offline channels.
• Willing to perform field sales activities and customer visits on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS operations, inventory management, payment systems, or restaurant/retail workflows is a strong plus.
