Job Description

-Quantity take-off sheets.
-Draft BOQs and quantity summaries.
-Material and supplier quotation comparison sheets.
-Cost estimation and rate analysis worksheets.
-Site measurement and progress tracking records.
-Variation and additional works registers.
-Organized project documentation and periodic reports.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and measurement methods.
Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and construction cost estimation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or quantity take-off software is an advantage.
Good numerical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the project team.
