The position operates strictly in a support and coordination capacity.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupports the Business Development Administration in the collection, validation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data related to Business Development budgets, expenses, and customer performance.\nAssists in monitoring Business Development expenditures to ensure costs are accurately allocated, tracked, and aligned with approved budgets, cost centers, policies, and procedures.\nCoordinates with the Executive, Business Development Optimization to consolidate financial, operational and performancedata for reporting and analysis purposes. \nPrepares regular and ad-hoc reports related to budget utilization, incentives tracking, ROI indicators, and operational efficiency.\nLiaises with Database Administration tosupport data extraction, benchmarking, performance tracking, and reporting activities.\nLiaises with Database Administrationteam to create ad-hoc reports when required.\nAssists relevant BUs to set proper targets for Business Development team.\nAssistsin the coordination and tracking of incentive-related processes, including Business Development coding requests and cycle monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nSupports the setup, maintenance, and updating of performance tracking tools, logs, and reports for the Business Development team.\nProvides coordination and support for VIP-related initiatives and events, including data consolidation, post-event reporting, ticket distribution and allocation, where required.\nLiaises with the Manager, Business Development Administration in administrative and coordination tasks related to AML Compliance, Responsible Gaming, Internal Audit, GDPR, and compliance requirements to support alignment with approved policies, procedures and governance frameworks.\nMaintains accurate records and documentation in line with internal controls, audit requirements, and Business Development procedures.\nSupports the identification of variances and potential improvements areas, escalating findings to the Manager, Business Development Administration or Executive, Business Development Optimization as required.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by management to support Business Development optimization and administrative objectives.\nFrom time to time, management may change performance analysis activities.\nExposure to compliance-driven or regulated environments, including basic AML processes is considered an advantage.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, ora related field is preferred.\nSkills / Competencies\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting\nExcellent Microsoft Office knowledge \nAnalytical skills and able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions\nAbility to support compliance-related activities through accurate data handling, documentation and coordination\nExperience working on budget optimization, cost controls, and forecasting\nAbility to translate business and marketing requirements to optimize performance\nExcellent command of the English language\nExcellent organization and time-management skills\nExcellent presentation skills\nResults-orientedwith a process driven
