Interaction with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements;\n- Development of data marts and participation in DWH architecture design and improvement;\n- Reporting development in Power BI;\n- Automation and optimization of business processes;\n- Writing SQL scripts of varying complexity and optimizing existing queries;\n- It is possible to use Python to automate and organize ETL processes;\n- Participation in international projects (Southeast Asia, India, Europe);\n- Preparation of dashboards, metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.\n Requirements: Experience and Knowledge\n Graduate with a mathematics/technical background;\n 2+ years of experience as Analyst or BI Developer;\n Solid knowledge of SQL (high level);\n Intermediate or higher level of English (B1+);\n Ability to work with data-mining and business intelligence tools such as SQL, PostgreSQL;\n Experience with data warehouses and ETL workflows;\n Strong skills in data analysis and reporting;\n Strong skills in Excel;\n Desirable experience in Power BI;\n Desirable experience in Python;\n Desirable understanding of digital lending and fintech business.\n Conditions : An
