You must do the basic training and development for new joiners by explaining everything about Mellow. \nHRIS, documentation and record keeping. \nEmployee data management, payroll support and HR Ops backend work in the KEKA (HRMS) platform. Training will be provided. \nBuild relationships with colleges' placement cells, drive online campus recruitment, and build a long-term strategy. \nBackground verification check and issuance of Offer Letters, Job Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, Termination Letters and similar Letter-based emails. \nYou need to take timely feedback/suggestions from the company’s employees and implement improvements in the office. \nNeed to coordinate with the Project Manager in reviewing the employees and impose rewards or penalties, accordingly. \nMake sure to timely communicate the company policies to the employees, monitor their adherence of the same and take action accordingly. \nBecome a bridge of communication between the employees and the employee insurance provider (third-party insurance company). \nBecome a bridge of communication between the employees and the salary account provider (third-party bank). \nNeed to be part of onboarding, appraisal and terminations of the employees. \nYou need to conduct regular recreational HR activities to keep the employees and stakeholders engaged. \nEnsure the necessary tools and third-party vendors are introduced to our systems for the effective functioning of HR Services and Operations and implement them. \nOther HR Generalist and HR Operations roles to support the senior team. \nQualifications\nAny graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above. \nProven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and employment law compliance. \nFamiliarity with compensation structuring, tax regulations, and statutory compliances. \nEthical behavior when dealing with employees. \nHigh level of accuracy and efficiency. \nExceptional English both verbal and written communication skills. \nHands-on experience with MS Office and HRMS software (preferably KEKA). \nMaintaining integrity and confidentiality in terms of employee data. \nSkills:\nMust:\nKEKA or similar HRMS platforms \nMicrosoft Office or Google Workspace \nLinkedIn Recruiter Lite Premium \nAdd-on:\nTop job portals \nWhat you get to learn:\nYou will get proper training, knowledge transfer and guidance on all steps of your responsibilities so you can execute your daily job role independently. \nYou will get exposure to the Branding, Design and Marketing Industry. \nHow to execute your ideas quickly.
