We join hands with people who work for creative satisfaction and not just\nfor money.\nOur\nClients:\nHelios, Titan, 3M, Quess Corp, Bosch, Gold’s Gym, Brillio,\nPuravankara, Provident, Nandu’s, Zoomcar, Spar, Indira’s, Hairline, Indira’s\nFood, Embassy, Himalaya, Dotpe, to name a few.\nWe’re looking for:\n· A skilled person based in Bangalore (or ready-to-move).\n· Capable of animating on After Effects. You must know, typo animation and basic character animation. If you know Cinema 4D, it’s a cherry on top.\n· Has a good understanding of motion & design principles and typography.\n· Capable of video editing in Premiere Pro and it has to be fast.\n· You need to know the workflow between Photoshop and After Effects\n· You need to have your own system.\nYour\nrole:\n· You need to be quick, clear and fast in post-production, video editing, motion graphics (2D & 3D animation) and other video editing capabilities.\n· You will be creating motion graphic ads and assisting the creative director to convert the ideas into videos. You will work together with the team on the projects to achieve good-quality output in the given timeline.\n· You need to understand the brief given by the client and coordinate with the account manager as per the requirement.\n· You need to know the resources to get the elements required for the project quickly and execute the idea given by the Art Director.\n· You need to do research in your free time and every week you will be creating one video/project for the company page as credible work.\n· Website complete revamp ideation in terms of design, ideas, layouts, structuring, and addition of content.\n· Project documentation will include designs, mockups, renders, and videos of every individual project on the website project page.\nSkills:\n· After Effects\n· Adobe Photoshop\n· Premium Pro\n· Adobe Illustrator\n· Cinema 4D (add-on)\n· Maya/3Ds max (add-on)\nWhat\nyou get to learn:\n· You will work with international brands and understand the workflow and quality expected of them.\n· How to execute your ideas quickly. Your senior is a hack-master, so you get to learn all the shortcuts to finish the work smartly instead of taking long routes.\n· You will get a chance to learn the complete process of branding.\n· You get to work on the website revamp as well as the office projects.\n· You will get exposure to the production side of Mellow, which is Mellow Films and get involved in various on-site shoot projects.\n· You get to work with great talents to execute your cinematography and video skills.\nWhat\nwill help you bond with us?\n· You have great taste in music. We love Lumineers and Coldplay.\n· Original ideas over “inspired” ideas. Show us your sketchbook, not just the portfolio.\n· You are capable of executing tasks without being bossed/babied.\n· Chill and work. But getting work done as per the timeline. We do not entertain excuses.\n· Pet person. Or at least not allergic to fur.
