Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию развития интернет-магазина.
  • Отвечать за выполнение планов по онлайн-продажам и ключевым коммерческим показателям.
  • Искать новые точки роста выручки, конверсии и среднего чека.
  • Развивать клиентский путь и пользовательский опыт.
  • Формировать и приоритизировать backlog развития сайта и мобильных сервисов совместно с IT-командой.
  • Работать с аналитикой и принимать решения на основе данных.
  • Координировать работу маркетинга, CRM, продукта, контента, логистики и клиентского сервиса.
  • Запускать новые сервисы и омниканальные проекты.
