Обязанности:

  • Поддержка и администрирование складского оборудования и программного обеспечения.
  • Оперативное реагирование на инциденты и их разрешение в установленные сроки.
  • Техническое сопровождение и консультационная поддержка пользователей (сотрудников склада).
  • Проактивный мониторинг и профилактика потенциальных проблем для минимизации простоев.
Требования:
  • Понимание принципов работы, архитектуры ПК, ЛВС и периферийного оборудования, умение практически применять знания в зависимости от ситуации;
  • Понимание принципов и опыт работы на второй линии поддержки;
  • Коммуникабельность, понимание принципов приоритизации задач и организации рабочего времени.

Будет плюсом:

  • Знания и практические навыки автоматизации рутинных процессов через Powershell, php, JS;
  • Опыт написания технической документации и/или пользовательских инструкций;
  • Опыт поддержки оборудования в retail-сетях;
  • Опыт работы с ТСД, с принтерами этикеток, системами подсчёта посетителей, Банковскими терминалами, Фискальными регистраторами (принтерами).
