As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in mentoring team members, managing projects, and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful and timely delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a supportive team environment and driving the team towards achieving our goals.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nLead and mentor a cross-functional team of 9+ engineers to develop and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements. \nManage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software. \nFoster a collaborative and open-minded team culture, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies, tools, and best practices. \nIdentify and resolve technical challenges, providing guidance and support to team members at all levels. \nOwn performance management and career development - setting clear expectations, delivering regular feedback and performance reviews, and coaching team members toward growth. \nHire and onboard new engineers as the team grows - running interviews, helping calibrate the hiring bar, and ramping up early-career engineers. \nPartner with product, design, and engineering leadership across global offices and time zones to align goals and deliverables, communicating status, risks, and trade-offs clearly. \n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\n2+ years of proven engineering management experience, ideally including managing or growing a team of 8+ engineers. \nHands-on daily use of AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor), with a track record of driving AI-assisted development practices across a team. \nProven experience hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers - including mentoring early-career engineers. \n8+ years of overall software engineering experience, with a strong full-stack background. \nStrong technical foundation - enough to guide architecture decisions, challenge trade-offs, and earn the team's technical respect.
