This position requires that the employee must successfully complete criminal history information background check and drug screening and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.\nINTRODUCTION\nOversee and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all custodial operations at assigned sites. Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections in TAMS, and train field teams on best practices and performance standards. Collaborate with operations and account management to resolve deficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and monitor compliance with safety, environmental standards. Track and report quality metrics and lead corrective actions to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nConduct regular site inspections in TAMS to evaluate custodial quality; identify deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.\nDevelop, maintain, and audit quality assurance procedures and inspection procedures and inspection checklists; track and report quality metrics and trends.\n\nTrain and coach crew leaders, supervisors, and field staff on best practices, performance standards, and safety/environmental compliance\n\nCollaborate with operations and account managers to review client feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and improve customer satisfaction.\n\nMonitor compliance with safety and environmental standards; oversee services provided by subcontractors for adherence to specifications\n\nParticipate in onboarding and ongoing training for field staff; conduct performance observations and provide feedback\n\nPrepare and maintain required quality documentation and reports; communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.\n\nOther duties (as assigned):\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelors degree in a related field\nfive years’ experience in the quality control/quality assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nThree years in a lead role or management position is preferred.\nStrong technical and observation skills and attention to detail are necessary.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications and extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.\nMust be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
