This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in business analysis who is eager to drive meaningful change and deliver measurable value to the organization.\nPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities\nGather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.\nLead the documentation of current and future state processes, workflows, and user stories, ensuring clarity and accuracy.\nAct as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.\nProactively identify inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions to improve workflows and deliver measurable value.\nMay act as Lead BA on a Product Team, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder needs.\nCollaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.\nUtilize BA tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel) to document requirements, model processes, and track project progress.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input, gain clarity, and build consensus.\nMentor Associate BAs by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and supporting their professional development.\nMinimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.\nFamiliarity with workers' compensation or insurance processes is preferred.\nAdvanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
