The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, communicates effectively, and can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.\nPay Rate: $22.40/hour\nLocation: Framingham, MA\nSchedule(s):\nSchedule 1 (SOC Operator): Sunday through Thursday OVERNIGHTS, 12:00 am - 8:00 am (40 hours)\nSchedule 2 (SOC Operator / Lobby Officer): Sunday through Thursday OVERNIGHTS, 12:00 am - 8:00 am (4o hours)*\n*This is a hybrid position, with Sun/Wed/Thurs shifts working as a Lobby Officer, Mon/Tues as SOC Operator\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.\nMonitor security alerts and respond to incidents in accordance with established procedures.\nReceive, assess, and communicate alarms, emergencies, and other security-related events to the appropriate personnel.\nAccurately document incidents, security activities, and responses in daily logs and incident reports.\nMonitor access control activity and identify and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.\nCommunicate with security officers, site leadership, emergency responders, and other departments as needed.\nFollow established protocols for emergency situations, incident escalation, and response.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and security-related communications.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support site security operations.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a Security Operations Center, command center, dispatch, or security-related role preferred.\nFamiliarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or incident management systems is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to follow established procedures and communicate information accurately.\nProfessionalism and a strong commitment to safety and security.\nBenefits & Perks\nAt Securitas, we believe our employees deserve to be supported both on and off the job.
