supervision of subordinate officers and supervisory staff.\nMeet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.\nEnsure that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients.\nParticipate in and coordinate with line management regarding the orientation, training, development, and retention of high-caliber staff.\nMaintain and submit payroll records and other employee and business information, review client and company report for accuracy and timeliness.\nCommunicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services.\nPosition Requirements\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nValid driver's license and clear driving record required.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nMust have minimum 2 years security and 2 years of supervisor / management experience.\nAdditional experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred. \nProficient in basic computer and technology use.\nStrong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.\nAbility to take initiative, achieve results, and meet
