This position is responsible to oversee the Security Operations Centers and ensure continuity and compliance across multiple business units and teams. The Supervisor will be responsible for the growth of the SOC program as well as supporting the team of Managers, Business Partners, and client employees in the development of highly targeted new opportunities and projects. A key part of this partnership activity is for the internal security management to routinely consult on the needs, priorities, and opportunities to deliver greater value in the pursuit of the success of the site security program.\n\nRelationship Management\nLead the Securitas Security Operations Center team\n\nBuild relationships with all business partners involved with badge program execution and deliverables.\n\nWork with other senior managers within the business to maintain compliance on all badging requirements.\n\nLiaise with and meet with customers and key contacts on a regular basis to review contract performance and ensure that quality standards are maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators\n\nSupport Company vision, culture and core values through leadership, mentoring and coaching, and by providing, at all times, a role model for all SOC team members.\n\nProgram Management\nThe SOC Operations Supervisor will be a key stake holder in the process design and development of SOC and SIOC operations.\nParticipate in strategic planning for Corporate Offices and effectively advocate on behalf of the Workplace Security & Safety team and our customers\n\nServe as a subject matter expert on physical security and SOC Operations, providing consultation to Workplace Services (WPS) teams and other key stakeholders\n\nThe SOC Operations Supervisor will serve closely the Security Systems team as it relates to the response, management and remediation of alarms. \nDevelop, lead and manage the SOC Program.\nSupport the Account Manager with implementing l Security operational plans and projects to meet SOC goals and objectives\n\nDevelop and implement process materials for SOC Operators as it relates to Risk Management, Access Control and Investigations\n\nIdentify future needs and create a curriculum to facilitate the training\n\nPeople Management\nIn conjunction with Account Manager, manage individual and shift performance toconsistently meet performance standards\n\nProvide daily hands-on support to the SOC operations team to ensure appropriate execution of SOC processes\n\nAssess Operators skills, performance and productivity\n\nInstruct team with proper SOC procedures and protocol\n\nOversee team training and exercises to ensure SOC meet desired standard\n\nTechnology\nManage supporting technology platforms and provide recommendations on new technology that could be leveraged.\n\nSupport programming, commissioning and driving new builds projects to Security Go Live (SGL) and First Day of Business (FDOB), in partnership with the Security Systems Application Engineer\n\nCoordinate with other teams to obtain network information and assist in basic network troubleshooting as it relates to Security Systems and Technology\n\nSystem Support to the Integrators on Security technologies (Access Control, Video Management systems, Intercoms, intrusion, etc.)\n\nEnsures security systems and SOC Operations are functioning correctly and with optimal performance\n\nOther duties\nPerform SOC related projects and tasks\n\nAbility to understand and execute SOC emergency procedures\n\nSkill Requirements\nHigh School Diploma\n\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in developing a Security Operations Center program, including experience in Systems Administration in a high-tech corporate environment.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong verbal and written skills\n\nExperience and proficiency in Risk Management systems such as WorldCue, Everbridge or NC4.\n\nExperience and proficiency in Access Control systems such as Genetec, Lenel or C-Cure.\n\nExperience and proficiency in Investigation processes.\n\nExcellent problem solving , critical thinking, and analytic skills\n\nAbility to quickly learn technology associated with the daily SOC operations\n\nAbility to design and implement new processes in benefit of SOC Objectives.\n\nPossess strong decision-making ability in both routine and urgent situations\n\nExcellent customer service skills and great attention to detail\n\nWillingness to be a team player, tackle additional duties that arise or are assigned and hold self and others accountable\n\nMulti-tasking and adapting to changing priorities and tasks\n\nExperience establishing and maintaining cross-functional working relationships\n\nComprehensive knowledge of SOC Systems and Technology preferred, including, but not limited to: Genetec Security Center, CCTV applications, Synergis, Mercury Panels, Stentofon & Commend, HID, Axis, Schlage, etc.\n\nOrganization and planning experience\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\n\nAre you interested in being part of our Team?\nApply quickly and efficiently online\nInterview from the convenience of your own home\nWeekly pay\nCompetitive benefits\nFlexible schedules\nWith over 80 years of protecting the things that matter, we’ve seen more than most.
