In this role, you will drive architecture, deliver high-performance user experiences, and mentor engineers across internal and external teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive Delivery: Lead hands-on development and architecture for core web products, prioritizing velocity, performance, and reliability.\nDefine Architecture: Design modular component systems, clean navigation, and state management architectures for modern web applications.\nSet Engineering Standards: Establish shared web development practices, automated testing and CI/CD release workflows in partnership with QA and DevOps.\nMentor & Elevate: Guide and code-review internal engineers and contractor teams to maintain technical excellence.\n Integrate AI Tools: Leverage GenAI and developer automation tools to optimize workflows and speed up execution.\nAt least 8 years of experience delivering production web applications, with deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.\nProven success designing scalable web architectures, reusable component libraries, and modern state management (Zustand).\nHands-on experience optimizing web application performance, bundle sizes, and modern build tooling.\nExperience mentoring engineers and partnering effectively with third-party contractor teams.\nTrack record of shipping high-impact features quickly while managing technical debt pragmatically.\nFamiliarity using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM workflows) to accelerate personal and team productivity.\nTechnical Initiative: Proactively proposes new solutions and architectures.\nLow-Ego Collaboration: Eagerly adapts initial designs based on team feedback.\nWhat You'll Bring\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nRequired Qualifications\nSkills & Competencies\nWhy Join Securitas\nWhen you join Securitas, you become part of a global organization committed to your success.
