filed.\nNotify proper authorities, clients, and Securitas management in emergency situations.\nCoach and discipline personnel as appropriate; seek advice from Securitas management or designated representatives as appropriate; meet personally with employees and document coaching and disciplinary actions.\nTrain Security Officers with functions of their positions, review site post orders, and other details of their position.\nIn conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions while on duty.\nPrepare, file, and submit various reports as needed.\nInspect posts and meet with on duty Security Officers to ensure tasks and responsibilities are being completed.\nFollow applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, perform supervisory duties that can include training employees, assigning tasks during shift, directing work, coaching, addressing issues, and resolving problems.\nMay perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.\nBasic Requirements:\n18 years of age or older. \nHigh School Diploma or GED required. \nAbove average computer / technology skills needed.\nExcellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. \nMust be able to work independently. \nMust be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. \nMust have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. \nMust have a professional demeanor. \nAll candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. \nValid Drivers License required. \nMinimum of 1 year of experience in Security.\nMinimum of 1 year of management experience.\nMust be dependable and initiative-taking.\nMust have ability to motivate and inspire.\nMust have ability to train officers and ensure all policies are adhered to.\nMust have ability to
