robust security protocols to safeguard company data, user accounts, and adhere to relevant financial regulations.\nBackup & Disaster Recovery: Establish and maintain reliable cloud-based backup procedures for all data, ensuring swift recovery in case of any disruptions.\nUser Support: Provide remote technical support to employees for all their IT needs, troubleshooting issues related to MS 365 and any new systems implemented.\nMonitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency for remote operations.\n Stay Informed: Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, security threats, and best practices in the financial technology industry, with a focus on remote work solutions.\nRequirements\nMinimum 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role, preferably in a financial services environment.\nStrong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience managing Microsoft O365 in remote environments.\nProven ability to research, evaluate, and implement cloud-based IT systems.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide remote support effectively.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.\nA proactive and detail-oriented
