The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of front-end technologies and a passion for clean, maintainable code.\nResponsibilities\nTranslate Figma designs into responsive, accessible front-end components\n\nBuild modular, reusable UI components based on atomic design principles\n\nEnsure pixel-perfect, mobile-first implementation with cross-browser compatibility\n\nDevelop a component-based design system that supports multi-site/brand consistency\n\nWork closely with UI/UX designers to implement Figma prototypes faithfully\n\nWrite clear documentation and usage guidelines for handover to the Umbraco CMS team\n\nMaintain front-end performance through best practices like lazy loading and code splitting\n\nEnsure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, including ARIA roles and keyboard navigation\n\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum workflows and collaborate via version control systems\n\nRequirements\n1. Core Technical Skills\na) Front-End Development\nStrong expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)\n\nExperience with TypeScript for scalable component development\n\nProficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred)\n\nUnderstanding of Razor views and integration with Umbraco CMS\n\nb) Design System & Component Libraries\nExperience building reusable UI components using Storybook or similar tools\n\nKnowledge of atomic design principles\n\nAbility to work with design tokens, theming, and style guides\n\nc) Styling & Layout\nExpertise in responsive, mobile-first design using Flexbox and CSS Grid\n\nKnowledge of CSS architecture methodologies (BEM, ITCSS, Tailwind)\n\nStrong focus on pixel-perfect implementation\n\nd) Tooling & Workflow\nFamiliar with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Gulp\n\nExperience with Git and repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket, Beanstalk)\n\nFamiliarity with npm, Yarn, or pnpm\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for handover\n\n2.
