Leadership:\nLead a dynamic technical team in developing and implementing solutions that align with the client's requirements and business objectives.\n\nPossess a deep understanding of system architecture, coding practices, and technical frameworks to guide the team in refining and delivering the technical scope.\n\nEnsure technical feasibility, quality, and alignment with best practices throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.\n\nClient Communication and Requirement Management:\nAct as the primary point of contact for the client, gathering, clarifying, and communicating technical requirements.\n\nTranslate complex client needs into clear, actionable tasks for the team, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding across all stakeholders.\n\nRepresent the technical team in client meetings, managing expectations, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.\n\nScope Definition and Control:\nCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to define a clear, high-level scope of work and identify technical features.\n\nWork closely with the team to break down the scope into actionable deliverables, ensuring clear milestones and timelines.\n\nMonitor for scope creep, evaluate its impact, and communicate necessary adjustments to clients and stakeholders.\n\nTeam Coordination and Performance:\nOversee the technical team’s progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\n\nFoster clear, open, and consistent communication within the team, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and deadlines.\n\nProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and maintaining high team morale.\n\nResolve technical challenges, address blockers, and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to succeed.\n\nProgress Reporting :\nRegularly report progress, blockers, milestones, and risks to both the client and internal stakeholders.\n\nProactively identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.\n\nUse project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to provide transparent progress updates.\n\nRequirements\nKey Skills and Qualifications:\nTechnical Expertise :\nStrong proficiency in system architecture, coding (Python, and being able to understand React and JavaScript) and software development processes.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies is a plus.\n\nSolid understanding of software development best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.\n\nLeadership Skills:\nProven experience leading technical teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.\n\nAbility to mentor and guide team members, supporting their growth and maintaining a positive team environment.\n\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical and project-related decisions.\n\nClient Management:\nExcellent client-facing skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience managing client relationships, setting expectations, and delivering customer satisfaction.\n\nCommunication:\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and team members.\n\nAbility to tailor
