The person in this position also sets up the machine for proper fold and joining of die cut blanks.\nD Shift\n6PM-6AM\n\nPay:\nTraining: 31.37\nQualified: 33.73\nJob Requirements\nOperate machine at efficiency standard levels set by Menasha \nSet up machine for proper fold and glue \nCheck product quality and for correct register \nMonitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha’s and \nour customer’s quality standards \nMaintain a clean work area \nRepair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary \nDirect crew members \nRotate positions when needed \nCheck finished product for quality per customer specifications \nEnsure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements- quality is the responsibility of all employees \nPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors\nQualifications:\nMachine Operating & Set Up Experience \nAbility to understand and complete functional mathematics\nAbility to read a tape measure\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs without help\nAbility to bend, squat, push or reach overhead as needed. \nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
