You'll work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and customers to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.What You'll Do\nPrepare journal entries and perform general ledger account reconciliations.\nResearch and resolve account discrepancies, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.\nReview billing transactions to ensure accuracy and proper sales and use tax application.\nMaintain customer tax exemption certificates and related records within SAP.\nAssist with sales and use tax reporting and support tax audits through documentation and analysis.\nReview and approve credit memos, debit memos, and billing adjustments.\nInvestigate and resolve customer billing questions and disputes.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.\nCollaborate with international ORBIS locations to support financial processes and reporting consistency.\nAnalyze billing trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive process enhancements.\nProvide backup support for billing operations and contribute to broader finance initiatives.\nWhat You'll Bring\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
