This role partners closely with ORBIS executives, business leaders, and Menasha Corporation leadership to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple business units and global locations.You'll oversee consolidated financial reporting, lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, support strategic growth initiatives, and help drive continued business performance across the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization. \nDrive financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting to support informed business decisions. \nOversee the consolidation of domestic and international financial results in accordance with GAAP. \nDevelop executive and Board-level financial presentations and reporting packages. \nCreate and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, metrics, and financial models that improve visibility into business performance. \nPartner with business leaders across global operations to understand results, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. \nProvide financial insight and analysis to support strategic planning and capital investment decisions. \nSupport mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives through financial analysis, due diligence, and integration activities. \nCollaborate with internal and external auditors, corporate finance teams, and business stakeholders.\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team, including oversight of the Manager of Financial Reporting & Consolidations. \nWhat You'll Bring\nEducation & Credentials\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. \nMBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. \nRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements. \nExperience\n6-9+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience. \nStrong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. \nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling expertise. \nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. \nManufacturing or industrial finance experience preferred. \nExperience with SAP, Hyperion FCCS, and business intelligence tools is a plus. \nLeadership & Business Acumen\nStrong business partnership skills and the ability to influence decision-making. \nExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. \nAbility to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences. \nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through complexity. \nExperience coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams. \nWhy You'll Love Working at ORBIS\nInfluence strategic decisions and help shape the future direction of the business.\nPartner directly with senior executives and leaders across a global organization.\nLead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.\nGain exposure to M&A activity, capital planning, and long-term growth strategies.\nDevelop and mentor a talented finance team while growing your own leadership impact.\nJoin a culture that values innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.\nTravel & Work Environment\nPeriodic domestic and international travel may be required to support business initiatives. \nOpportunity to collaborate with teams across multiple locations and functions.\nPrimarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities. \nAbility to obtain a passport required. \nReady to drive financial strategy, influence executive decision-making, and help shape the future of ORBIS?
