If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here.\nJoin us and become part of the power behind possible.\nAbout The Opportunity\nThe Forklift Operator drives a liquefied gas or battery powered industrial truck equipped with forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in the warehouse or factory.Key Duties & Responsibilities\nDemonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures\n\nMaintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment\n\nComplete required quality inspections per customer specifications and paperwork - quality is the responsibility of all employees\n\nWork with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance\n\nProvide an active role in the housekeeping of the assigned area\n\nUnderstand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired\nMoves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.\n\nPositions forks under unitized stacks, loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area.\n\nUnloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.\n\nInventories materials on work floor, and supplies workers with materials as needed.\n\nMay load or unload materials onto or off of trailers, pallets, skids, etc.\n\nReplaces liquefied-gas tank.\n\nQualifications Desired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nIndustrial Truck Operator certificate\n\nPrevious industrial truck operator experience\n\nComputer data entry and retrieval related experience\n\nHandheld scanner experience\n\nCompensation & benefits:\nTraining Rate $28.39\nJob Rate $29.65\nShift Differential $1.00/hour\nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
