Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.Essential Job Functions\nThe following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be assigned.\nEstablishes and/or implements human talent strategies, programs, and policies to support company objectives in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost, and profitability.\nPartners with business leaders to ensure successful deployment of talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, leadership development, communications, compensation, and benefits initiatives.\nProvides guidance to site leaders and/or direct reports to foster a high-performance workforce and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.\nSupports employee relations processes, including conducting investigations and administering disciplinary actions as needed.\nEnsures effective delivery of HR services to assigned site(s).\nEstablishes and analyzes key HR metrics and provides leadership support to help achieve site business objectives.\nEnsures cross-functional collaboration across site(s).\nEnsures accuracy and completion of employee-related data and documentation.\nManages staffing, training, employee relations, and team performance to develop and enhance the Human Resources function, working closely with direct reports.\nMaintains industry, professional, and technical knowledge through networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree required.\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.\nPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.\nStrong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance practices required.\nExperience supporting multi-site operations preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nKnowledge of Human Resources functions, responsibilities, and organizational practices.\nKnowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nKnowledge of HR approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to guide and advise managers on HR-related initiatives.\nKnowledge of workforce planning and organizational development practices.\nStrong customer service orientation with the ability to provide timely, accurate, and professional support to employees and leaders, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.\nAbility to implement HR processes, projects, and programs to support efficient daily operations.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nPrimarily works in an office environment with regular time spent in fulfillment, warehouse, and operational areas.\nMaintains a visible, hands-on presence throughout the facility to support employees, supervisors, and business operations.\nRegularly walks the floor, engages with employees, and observes operations to proactively identify and address workforce needs.\nWorks closely with leaders across assigned sites to ensure consistent HR support, employee engagement, and compliance.\nThe expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short- and Long-term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.\nAll Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
