Apply learning and judgment to evaluate product performance based upon determined protocols, collaborating with Product Test Engineer or Lab Manager when needed.\n2. Compile and accurately communicate data, including charts and pictures in appropriate state, i.e. reports, white paper, etc. to requestor and/or Product Test Engineer.\n3. Aid in maintaining a safe work environment through housekeeping and sample organizing activities.\n4. Assist with new product development.\n5. Serve as technical liaison between ORBIS cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales) for joint development opportunities related to finished products.\n6. Adhere to ISO quality procedures and processes.\n7. Guide and support other lab personnel in lab, as needed.\n8. Administer programs as directed.\n9. Other duties as assigned.\nEducation/Certification\nLevel Required\nAssociate’s Degree\nLevel Desired\nBachelor’s degree specifically in science, math or engineering discipline\nDescription\nExperience may be considered in lieu of education\nWork Experience\nRequired\n2+ years of relevant experience\nPrevious experience with forklift/Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs)\nDesired\n4+ years of relevant experience\nExperience with Product Development in an ISO controlled environment\nLab based experience involving general lab procedures and testing\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.\n2. Ability to work in and promote a culture of safety.\n3. Ability to handle the stress of working with others.\n4. Ability to be available outside of normal work hours.\n5. Ability to lead by example.\n6. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles - verbal and written.\n7. Ability to safely operate a forklift/powered industrial.\n8. Knowledge of basic math skills.\n9. Knowledge of basic mechanical skills.\n10. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.\n11. Ability to aid in the development of solution in conjunction with the identification of opportunities.\n12.
