If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you’re going to want to be here.\nJoin us and become part of the power behind possible.\nAbout The Opportunity\nThe person in this position conducts minor maintenance on the interior and exterior of building and grounds and communicates issue to the maintenance manager and/or area supervisors, and maintains a productive, safe and clean work environment.Essential Functions: Changed from Key Duties and Responsibilities\nDemonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures \nDemonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines \nChange light bulbs and fixtures \nCut and install filter material for the air filtering system \nChange ceiling tiles as necessary \nPerform general painting duties \nPerform general construction duties (repair/install walls, hand doors, fix door knobs or locks, etc.) \nInstall, inspect safety equipment/supplies (i.e., eye wash stations, hearing protection dispensers, first aid boxes, etc.) \nProactively communicate problems encountered to applicable areas, and discuss maintenance concerns with maintenance manager and/or lead \nEnhance internal and external department communication toward creating and maintaining a cohesive work environment \nAssist with maintenance projects as needed \nUnderstand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements \nComplete scheduled work orders \nPerform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors \nPerformance Measures and Outcomes\nAdherence to safety policies and procedures \nQuality of work \nProduction goals \nEducation/Certification\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nSafety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner \nAbility to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business \nAbility to effectively work in teams \nAbility to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people \nAbility to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles \nDemonstrated ability to apply basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles \nTechnical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment \nMechanical aptitude \nStrong math skills \nComputer ability \nAttentive to detail & accuracy, looks for improvements to work processes and takes advantage of tools & resources, finds root cause to quality problems \nStrong troubleshooting skills \nThis is for a 3rd shift Position: Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am.
