The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.\nRepair and troubleshoot production equipment\nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment\nAssist in the set-up and tear down of production lines\nPromote a safe work environment\nInside and outside building maintenance\nWilling to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager\nResponsible for following and complying with Company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintaining quality work and product\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Degree or Equivalent and/or three or more years of experience in Maintenance\nElectrical, mechanical and hydraulics knowledge required\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nMechanical aptitude\nMust be able to multi-task and prioritize workload\nEffective interpersonal skills, including listening\nAttributes desired include being self-motivated, assertive, self-starter, problem-solver and results driven\nMachines, Tools, Instruments, Equipment and Materials Used:\nPLC and Drive Controllers\nEquipment skills desired: knowledge of shrink wrap equipment, balers, heat tunnels, printers, glue machines, conveyors, carton sealer, stretch wrappers\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nMust be able to stand, bend, walk, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. regularly\nAll Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
