Ideal candidates have previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, attention to quality, and the ability to perform equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers.Pay & Schedule\nPay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour\nShift: Overnight\nHours: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM\n12-hour shifts\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while maintaining quality and meeting production expectations.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nSet up, operate, and monitor assigned production equipment\nPerform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed\nMonitor product quality throughout production runs\nRead and follow production orders and job specifications\nIdentify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues\nMinimize downtime and maintain efficient machine operation\nCoordinate with Machine Assistants and other production team members\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nFollow all safety, quality, and production procedures\nCommunicate equipment, quality, or material concerns promptly\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious manufacturing and machine operation experience\nExperience operating Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Presses, Corrugators, or similar production equipment preferred\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers\nStrong attention to product quality and specifications\nCommitment to safe work practices\nDependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a production team\nComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \nRequirements:\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.\nAbility to frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, pull, and twist.\nAbility to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to safely push or pull heavier materials using appropriate equipment or team assistance.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements\nTwo companies, one vision.\nMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
